I doubt John Stamos has to "talk" anyone into bed...and he isn't washed up.

I could see Dustin Diamond doing that but I doubt he can even afford

Dustin isn't married but his girlfriend is his manager.

How about Thomas Calabro (smarmy Michael from Melrose Place). He is separated from his wife and he is from New York.
