Neither is US born or raised and therefore harder to trace their history or background...

How do you know that Salma is really 44? I think she's officially 41. But this is the first I've heard of her shaving some years off. Regardless, she looks fantastic.

The CZJ rumor as you know has been floating around for years but I have yet to see any confirmation of its veracity.

Yeah, that one's been around forever and I've never really bought it. I seem to remember in another thread about her at some point that someone pointed out that, based on when she started on TV in the UK and how old she was supposed to be then, there really isn't any way that she's shaved any years off her age. She's been in the public eye since she was relatively young and wouldn't have been able to get away with it.

^^^Hmmm, good guess. On the wikipedia page for "Primrose Hill", HBC is listed as a famous resident. Other famous residents (past or present) include Sadie Frost, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Eva Green, Sienna Miller, Kate Moss, and Gwen Stefani.

The comment about "laughing stock of the whole gang" must be a clue but I dunno.

I remember a friend pointing out that her biography on IMDb is a little implausible:

At 15 she had the lead in the British revival of "42nd Street". She was originally cast as the second understudy for the lead role in the musical but when the star and first understudy became sick the night the play's producer was in the audience, she was given the lead for the rest of the musical's production.

I mean, what West End producer is going to hand over the lead role to a 15 year old??? Sounds more like an adjustment to make her sound younger when she broke big in Hollywood in the 90s with Zorro.

After all, would CJZ lie to us? It's not like she's had her nose done or anything...
