Haha, EXACTLY what I thought. Maybe the burning plastic provides added flavour? I'll bet she'd LOVE my aqua lung:

-Cut the bottom out of a large pop bottle
-Find a plastic juice jug
-Fill it 3/4 of the way with cold water
-Place the pop bottle into it, push it all the way down
-Place a piece of tinfoil over the bottle lip
-Poke holes into tinfoil (small ones)
-Place tobacco *grins* onto tinfol
-Keep a steady flame on tobacco *snorts* as you GENTLY pull the bottle up, making sure it doesn't come out of the water
-When the bottle is full with as much smoke as you can handle, remove the tinfoil and place mouth on/near bottle lip
-Inhale as you slide the bottle back down to it's original posish

Enjoy an hour long wheelchair buzz
