Hmmm.. I can't think or anyone really. The only one who fits the hypocrisy part would be Mangelina, but she has plenty of scandal. I'll have to think about this one some more. Maybe a Williams sister?

Edit: Not Serena Williams or an athete she said. People should email her a guess because she will respond, that's how I found out it's not Serena because that was my guess I emailed in. It's also not Madonna.

Kiki is anything but low key or scandal free and is constantly in the tabloids, Alicia, maybe...but does she promote good health and fitness? This one is hard.

I'd say Helena Bonham Carter...but is she famous enough? She's been in lots. Lowkey life. Matter of fact about the only time she gets a mention/pic in the tabs is for her awful attire, whether a candid shot or a red carpet.
