I think Tara Reid for the party one. As for the bald singer, well it could be anyone.

I think the case of the bald singer is sad. For a woman to lose her hair, ALL OF IT, it had to be for a pretty serious reason. Not even men go completely bald - hair remains in the horseshoe ring- thats the worst stage of male baldness. She probably lost alot of her hair and shaved the rest off. It might be Beyonce. Could also be Whitney.

You can lose all your hair if you have alopecia(sp?). But with that you can lose eyelashes and eyebrows too.

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced this BI is Dolly Parton. She got into a fight with family over the holidays, and she always wears wigs. It looks like she could be bald underneath her wig.

I've been told that people who wear wigs or very tight headscarves all the time often lose a lot of hair, sometimes even to the point of approaching baldness - that's often said about people in the wig-wearing 17th and 18th centuries, and married women in older times who covered their hair. Something to do with the follicles ceasing production if they don't get enough oxygen, or whatever. I honestly don't know if it's true, though; it sounds rather like a myth to me.

A certain amount of hair loss is not at all uncommon in women of a certain age, either...

I do know that people who wore wigs all the time very often shaved their heads completely, simply because it's much more comfortable and practical if you're always wearing the things anyway - and I can sort of picture at least Dolly doing it for pragmatic reasons, because it's comfier and she likes the wigs better, anyway. I would imagine Beyoncé being a little too vain for that, but who knows?

I just came across a photo strip in a magazine of Beyonce with different hairstyles- she always has these huge wigs on. I think it's her.
