Which Italian designer (whose initials aren't D.V.) hasn't learned the lesson of Kate Moss? He astounded guests at his Milan Fashion Week party by doing lines in the VIP room, from a stash of coke he keeps in film canisters.

Lagerfeld's not Italian, and he had gastric bypass. Still a pussy way to lose weight, and the jury's not out on his drug use. :p

My guess is Dolce or Gabbana.

Well, it'd be foolish of me to merely say *because I'd heard about it a few times/places* so let me add that I find it believable because his weight loss occurred much slower than it would have if it'd been from drug use.

Besides, like another pointed out, Lagerfeld isn't Italian.

I was pretty sure that's what he had, but according to Der Karl he lost 80 pounds in under a year with "diet and exercise".
