Default The story of Mr. Moviestar and Mr. Moviemaker and where it all went wrong…

I have no idea if this belongs her ( if not my apologies) but it's the funniest thing I've read in a long time. This was send to me by the same friend in london sending me the BI's . Apologies for any typing errors that might be in it. she does not have working scanner and she got interruptes several times while typing it over.

The story of Mr. Moviestar and Mr. Moviemaker and where it all went wrong…

    Part 1 : let’s make a movie and have some….fights

Mr. Moviestar and Mr. Moviemaker decided it was time to make another movie together. They had done so in the past and it had been a rather successful endeavour. Besides, they had been good friends for many years and were looking forward to working together again.
In the first few weeks of their collaboration things were going just fine. But then Mr. Movie- star met Ms. Wanna be Mrs. Moviestar and things slowly started falling apart.

The press is very interested in Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar and her relationship with Mr. Moviestar and they ask lost of questions. It threatens to overshadow the publicity tour Mr. Moviestar and Mr. Moviemaker are on, to promote their new movie. Mr. Moviemaker asks Mr. Moviestar if he could perhaps lead the journalists away from their line of questioning. But Mr. Moviestar tells him he’s so in love he can hardly think about anything else himself anymore. Mr. Moviemaker sighs asks Mr. Moviestar if he can at least try and leaves it at that. For the moment.

But, there’s something else that’s troubling Mr moviemaker. On the set he has noticed Mr. Moviestar, more than previously, is adamant in spreading the word of, let’s call them his friends of the church of strong believers.
As matter of fact, Mr. moviestar, on more than one occasion tries to convince Mr. movie- maker his friends could become Mr. moviemakers friends and advises him to give it a try. But, Mr. moviemaker, kindly, yet firmly tells Mr. movie star it’s not his cup of tea.

This does not stop Mr. moviestar from trying repeatedly to convince Mr. moviemaker he is wrong. This goes on until the exasperated and annoyed Mr. moviemaker explodes and tells Mr. moviestar to keep this madness away from him.
Mr. moviestar, in utter disbelieve over this outburst states that the amount of stress Mr. moviemaker obviously is under should be enough to make him reconsider. He also suggests Mr moviemaker could use some help in anger management and that his friends of the church of strong believers are just the kind of people who could help him with this.
Mr moviemaker now urges Mr moviestar to not bring this subject up, ever again.

Moviemaker helpers begin to notice Mr. moviemaker appears to be avoiding Mr moviestar wherever and whenever he can. they also notice that the arguments between Mr. moviestar and Mr. moviemaker are becoming more frequent and uglier of nature whenever they simply cannot avoid each other.
At this point Mrs assistant moviemaker steps in and desperately tries to keep the peace between Mr. moviestar and Mr moviemaker.

Mrs. Moviemaker arrives on the set one day and invites Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar for lunch. Ms. Wanna be Mrs moviestar hesitates. She doesn’t think Mr. moviestar is gonna be very happy with her taking off like that, without letting Mr Moviestar know where she’s going. Since she cannot locate Mr moviestar she’s about to decline Mrs. Moviemakers invitation.
But. Mr. moviemaker assures her he thinks it’s fine with Mr moviestar. Certainly he knows Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar is in good hands and wants her to have a good time?
After these words Ms wanna be Mr moviestar decides to accept Mrs moviemakers invitation.

Now Mr moviestar arrives and asks Mr moviemaker if he knows where Ms wanna be Mr moviestar is. Mr. moviemaker answers she just left for lunch with Mrs moviemaker. Mr. moviestar wants to know where and Mr. moviemaker replies he doesn’t have a clue.
Mr. moviestar frowns and asks Mr moviemaker if that doesn’t bother him. Initially thinking this is a joke Mr moviemaker laughs it away by replying that if he would want to keep tabs on Mrs moviemaker’s agenda he would have a full daytime job and wouldn’t be able to make movies anymore.
Mr. moviemaker, however, is stunned, when Mr moviestar advises him that maybe it would be better to ask Mrs moviemaker to at least let him know where she is and what she is doing, especially when she takes Ms. Wanna be Mrs moviestar with her.
Mr. moviemaker now visibly starts loosing patience with Mr moviestar and tells him he can threat Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar however he seems fit, no matter how Mr. moviemaker and other may think about it, but that Mr moviestar better not start telling him how to treat Mrs moviemaker.

Later that day Mrs moviemaker has a little chat with Mr. movie starand says she’s sorry he got upset she took Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar with her. Mr moviestar says it’s okay, he and Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar talked things over and that she’s promised him it won’t happen again.
Mrs moviemaker smiles politely, says she’s happy to hear this and appears to be leaving, but Mr movie starasks if he could have a word with her. He then asks Mrs moviemaker doesn’t she think it wise she would let Mr moviemaker know what her agenda of the day is?
Mrs moviemaker starts laughing and tells Mr moviestar he should know Mr moviemaker is a busy man. If she were to call him to inform him what she’s doing at the moment, she would have to call him ten times a day and Mr moviemaker would not appreciate that.
Mr moviestar replies that that just might be the problem. He says he knows Mrs moviemaker is fulfilling most of her obligations towards Mr moviemaker and their children but, wouldn’t it be better if she would find more activities in and around their home?

Mrs moviemaker blinks in astonishment but manages to remain polite. She tells Mr moviestar she does not know what kind of arrangement he has with Ms wanna be Mrs moviestar, but that it definitely sounds very different from the way Mrs moviemaker and Mr moviemaker threat and respect each other.
She tells Mr moviestar Mr moviemaker does not want Mrs moviemaker to be sitting around the house all day, but wants her to do the things she considers meaningful and important. He wants this because it’s important to him Mrs moviemaker is happy.
She then asks Mr moviestar what makes him think he has the right to intrude on the way of living of Mrs and Mrs moviemaker.

Mr moviestar replies he is worried. Some of his friends of the church of strong believers have told him they have big problems with some of the projects Mrs moviemaker is supporting. Mr moviestar goes on the say he’s worried this might have a negative impact on Mr moviemakers reputation and standing.
Before Mrs moviemaker can reply, Mr moviemaker shows himself and there is no doubt he has overheard at least a big portion of their conversation. As Mr moviemaker slowly makes his way over to Mr moviestar, several moviemaker helpers run for cover.

Mr moviemaker tells Mr moviestar he would appreciate it if he would stop harassing Mrs moviemaker and that if he ever catches him doing it again, Mr moviestar will have a bigger problem than he can handle.
Mr moviestar appears crestfallen and says he was only trying to help. Mr moviemaker loses his temper and snaps he does not want or need Mr moviestars help. Now Mrs moviemaker moves herself in between Mr moviemaker and Mr moviestar and starts pushing Mr moviemaker towards to exit.

The minute Mr and Mrs moviemaker have left, moviemaker helpers stand gapping at Mr movie star for a long time before they start disappearing as well.

    And I'm gonna agree.

It has their names screaming out without naming them for sure.
I assume there must be a reason for this cloak and dagger way of writing ?

..According to a website I just found, apparently Kate Capshaw was briefly involved with Co$, but was never a full member. Additionally, she presented some award to Nicole Kidman in 2004, something to do with breast cancer charities....

My friend mailed this over last night:

The story of Mr.Moviemaker and Mr. Moviestar and where it all went wrong.

    Chapter 2: the friendly doctor….

In this chapter we will tell the story of how an unpleasant event on the doorstep of a doctor’s office led to the beginning of the ending of the friendship of Mr. moviemaker and Mr. moviestar.

This second chapter starts in the home of Mr. and Mrs moviemaker where Mrs moviemaker receives a phone call early in the morning. When Mr. moviemaker is in consultation with one of his moviemaking business partners, Mrs. Moviemaker enters, clearly infuriated. She informs Mr. moviemaker she has just learned about a large group of followers of the church of strong believers showing up at the front door of a doctor’s office, making a very ugly scene. This doctor happens to be the doctor who helped out a relative of Mr and Mrs moviemaker not so long ago…

Mrs moviemaker asks Mr moviemaker pointedly is he thinks this is a coincidence? They both know a person attached to this church of strong believers and the issues they have with certain aspects of medical treatment. Did Mr moviemaker happen to talk to with this person about the doctor?
Mr. moviemaker appears to be taken aback and feverishly starts searching his memory in attempt to recall a conversation of such nature. He’s about the state the subject never came up when he does remember a conversation; not with Mr. moviestar, but he was nearby enough to have overheard, what was said.

The still livid Mrs moviemaker chastises Mr moviemaker who in his defence replies he cannot believe Mr. moviestar had anything to do with this. Mrs moviemaker asks him to come up with another explanation then and Mr. moviemaker has to admit he can’t.
Mrs. Moviemaker then tells Mr. moviemaker this is the last straw. She tells Mr. moviemaker she wants him to cut all ties with Mr moviestar. The desperate Mr moviemaker tells Mrs moviemaker it’s not just up to him and that there are more parties involved. He asks Mrs moviemaker to remember he is in the final stage of promoting his latest movie and that ther is a lot of money and people investing this money involved. What is he supposed to say to them?

Mrs moviemaker then tells him fine, and for Mr moviemaker to do whatever he has to do, just as long as he keeps Mr moviestar very far away from her and their family, and that he is not the set another foot in their home.
The minute the temperamental Mrs moviemaker leaves, Mr moviemaker sinks back into his chair looking at his moviemaking business partner who has listened in silence mounting disbelieve at the revelations. Showing signs of fatigue, Mr moviemaker states; “Great. This is just, great. I’m going to kill this f*****g idiot!”

The first chance Mr moviemaker has to confront Mr moviestar in person, is on their next promotional tour. The minute Mr moviemaker and Mr moviestar meet it is clear to all present something is very wrong. Even Ms. Junior moviestar tell Mrs assistant moviemaker, Mr. moviemaker seems extremely crossed with Mr moviestar and wonders what is going on.
Before departure, Mr moviemaker tells Mr moviestar they need to have a word in private. In this conversation Mr moviemaker tells Mr moviestar about the strangely coincidental evnts at the doctor’s office and wonders if Mr. moviestar has an explanation for it?
Mr moviestar appears shocked and tries to convince Mr moviemaker had had nothing to do with what took place.

Mr moviemaker says that while he might be willing to give Mr moviestar the benefit of the doubt, Mrs moviemakers seems to be feeling somewhat different about this. Mr. moviemaker suggests he will talk to her and explain, but Mr moviemaker answers that might not be one of his best ideas. Adding that the way Mrs moviemaker is feeling right now, chances are Mr moviemaker will have to bail her out of jail for assault the very least, should Mr moviemaker show his face.
He then tell Mr moviemaker that for all their sakes it’s probably better Mr. moviemaker and Mr moviestar keep their relationship on a professional level. At least for now, until Mr moviemaker has had the chance to calm Mrs moviemaker down. Somewhat. Mr moviemaker is not happy with this, but reluctantly agrees.

Despite the fact Mr moviemaker and Mr moviestar put on their professional faces for the rest of the promotion tour , many pick up on the tensions, and several point out how distracted and out of place Mr moviemaker frequently appears to be. Even more revealing is how little he seems to be doing to help Mr moviemaker out, whenever he gets himself into trouble by again promoting the words of his friends of the church of strong believers.
It’s clear to many that Mr moviemaker is distancing himself form Mr moviemaker more and more and has an increasingly hard time to hid his irritation and frustration.

And things will only get worse from here….

Shanita – the story as reported by our spying eyes

Later this week we will tell you the story of the wedding of Mr moviestar and Mrs wanna be Mrs moviestar, and the big surprise Mr moviestar has for Mr moviemaker. In the final chapter, next weekend, we will tell you the story of the huge confrontation between Mr moviestar and Mrs moviemaker , how this leads to an explosive face to face between Mr moviestar and Mr moviemaker and how this marks the definite ending of their friendship.

I think its Tom Cruise + JJ Abrams. Cruise was promoting Mission Impossible 3 when he met Holmes, and MI:3 was directed by Abrams.

Taking Care of Business was also written by JJ Abrams.

    TOM CRUISE & SPIELBERG!

OH, I love it. Tom is such a little Xenu ding dong. All that scientological 'mind reading' has ruined his brain. AND, I read somewhere that Tom & Steve had a big falling out and Couch Boy has regretted it insanely ever since so this IS TRUE. I love the 'church of the very strong believers'--- Fabulous!

Natalie please rewrite this so I will feel like reading it! (no offense intended)

If this is Spielberg, which I suspect, kudos to him for becoming big and staying big in H-Town without having to deal with the CO$.

Of course he does. You don't know the history of breast cancer like Tom does and how it can easily be treated with vitamins and a $10 million donation to the Co$.

And more still to this story just recieved this:

The story of mr moviemaker and mo moviestar and where it al went wrong

    Chapter 3: surprises

We take a little jump in time. Mr moviemaker and mr moviestar’s movie has been released and in theatres worldwide. As agreed, mr moviestar and mr moviemaker have scaled their friendship down to business level only for the time being and each have gone their separate ways. But even though mr moviestar has agreed to this he is not happy with the current situation. Then an opportunity presents itself, an opportunity mr moviestar thinks will make things better between him and mr moviemaker.

Mr moviemaker has to be given yet another award at a film festival. The people organizing this festival have picked up on stories of trouble between mr moviestar and mr moviemaker but decide not to make too much of it. They decide to surprise mr moviemaker and don’t tell the people in his staff who will be handing mr moviemaker the award. It is supposed to be a surprise after all…

Mr moviemaker is onstage to receive his award and, on stage steps….Mr moviestar! While the audience erupts in cheers and applause mr moviemaker puts a smile on his face, but is not able to completely mask his suspire. A surprise that according to close observers even comes close to shock. In the audience, people close to mrs moviemaker notice she freezes. They also notice the quick looks exchanged between mr moviemaker and mrs moviemaker and the look on his face that comes close to an apology. mrs moviemaker does not respond other than with a cold star at mr moviemaker.
Behind the scenes one of mr moviemaker’s aides moans mr movie maker is going to kill him, while one of the organizers of the event stares at him in surprise.

We have a little peek behind the scenes, where mr moviemaker erupts and lashes out at one of his aides. How could this happen? Did he not make it very clear he wanted mr moviestar to be kept away from him? While the hapless aide tries to explain he had no prior knowledge of mr moviestar’s presence at the event, the same mr moviestar comes walking up to them and starts apologizing. It was not his intention to upset mr moviemaker.

Enter mrs moviemaker. She shoots mr moviemaker a foul look, thanks him for letting her in on the surprise, then tells him to enjoy himself and that she is leaving. The startled mr moviestar says he’s to one to blame, and that mr moviemaker has no idea mr moviestar was going to be here.
When mrs moviemaker starts walking away, mr moviestar wants to walk after her but finds his path blocked by mr moviemaker telling him this is not a good idea. He then asks mr moviestar to leave and disappears into another room.
A mutual friend runs after mrs moviemaker to make her reconsider.

When it clear to mr moviemaker, mrs moviemaker really seems to be leaving it does little to improve his mood. He starts uttering some curses addressed at mr moviemaker (we shall not repeat here) then makes it clear he’s leaving as well.
Now, his stunned moviemaking business partner tells him he cannot do this. People have no idea what’s going on and will not understand. But mr moviemaker spats to just watch him and that he is in no mood to celebrate, then he starts walking off as well.

The moviemaking business partner turns to mr moviemaker’s aide and urges him to stop mr moviemaker. Then the moviemaking business partner turns his attention to mr moviestar and says that he does not understand how he managed to do it but that mr moviestar just made matters even worse. He then urges mr moviestar to give it time and to stop pushing matters.
The panting mutual friend returns. The moviemaking business partner asks if mrs moviemaker really left. The mutual friend replies no, she managed to make mrs moviemaker see her reaction was unreasonable and she will be back in a minute. The relieved moviemaking business partner then asks is she can ask mrs moviemaker to talk to mr moviemaker and calm him down, because he seems ready to rip someone’s head of.

Mrs moviemaker returns, mr moviestar again starts walking over to her and again tells her it’s all his fault and to blame him for what happened. Mrs moviemaker does not respond. Mr moviestar then says it’s time they talked. But mrs moviemaker lets him know there is nothing she has to say to mr moviestar he wants to hear and that this is not the time or place.
Mr moviestar then tells her to make the time because they really need to talk. He adds it’s becoming more and more clear to him it’s mrs moviestar causing the trouble and he wants it to stop.
Now, the moviemaking business partner intervenes. He tells mr moviestar it’s obvious mrs moviemaker does not want to talk him and that if mr moviestar really wants to help, he should just leave.

Mr moviestar leaves. Mrs moviemaker talks to mr mr moviemaker and mr moviemaker returns to the festivities.

    *

We make another little jump in time. The eventful film festival is long forgotten, there just one small matter left that needs to be dealt with; the invitation mr and mrs moviemaker received to attend the wedding of mr moviestar and ms wanna be mr moviestar.
Until it has been an unspoken agreement mr ad mrs moviemaker will not attend this wedding, no matter how much upheaval this will stir in the media. But then, something unexpected happens…
The movie company aligned to mr moviemaker end it’s contract with mr moviestar and this has mrs moviemaker worried.

Mrs moviemaker now tells mr moviemaker she has changed her mind and that they should attend the wedding of mr moviestar and ms wanna be mrs moviestar.
The surprised mr moviemaker tells mrs moviemaker he knows how deeply betrayed she feels by mr moviestar’s actions and that he is not going to ask her to do something that will make her feel uncomfortable.

Then mrs moviemaker points out that the trouble between mr moviemaker and mr moviestar have found its way to the newspapers and the internet. Now that the movie company aligned to mr moviemaker has terminated it’s contract with mr moviestar, mrs moviemaker is certain many people will point the blaming finger for this at mr moviemaker. Especially when mr and mrs moviemaker are a no show and mr moviestars wedding to ms wanna be mrs moviesta, and mrs moviemaker does not want to be responsible for that. . Mr and mrs moviemaker decide to attend the wedding after all.

There is some surprise in the media and with onlookers when mr and mrs moviemaker arrive at the wedding of mr moviestar and ms wanna be mrs moviestar. Their opinion now is that rumours of trouble between mr moviemaker and mr moviestar in the media are bogus after all.

What they don’t know is that mrs moviemaker already told mr moviemaker she will sneak off first opportunity she gets. When she starts doing so mr moviemaker wants to go with her, but mrs moviemaker warns him it will attract unnecessary attention should they leave together so soon.

Half an hour later, mrs moviemaker is gone, while mr moviemaker stays behind. An hour later mr moviemaker stars leaving, but – of course! – runs into mr moviestars who wonders why mr moviemaker is leaving so soon.
Mr moviemaker tells him mrs moviemaker isn’t feeling to well and that he does not want to leave her alone too long. Mr moviemaker again congratulates mr moviestar and then leaves.

Mr moviestar is not pleased with the rapid departure of mr and mrs moviemaker and tells his present friends of the church of strong believers someone is hell bend on ruining his friendship with mr moviemaker. He adds he is determined to confront this person and put a stop to it
