The truth is finally seeping out regarding the behavioral problems of a very famous black actress.
This actress is the “black Britney Spears/Lindsay Lohan” in terms of bizarre and egotistical behavior off screen.
She is a terror to work with, she experiences unprovoked rages, she screams and belittles her cast mates on a constant basis and she drowns her sorrows in alcohol.
She is a raving lunatic but her image handlers and the network cover up her mishaps.
Her off screen attitude prevents her from having friends, that’s why she’s never photographed with friends.
She’s an out of control-snooty diva!
But she’s tolerated because everyone around her benefits financially.
To the public, she appears to be a sweet, kind and gentle soul.

I think it's Raven-Symone from "That's So Raven". This blind item sounds like it's about a young star, and Raven was once roommates with Lindsay Lohan. And you NEVER see her hanging out with folks in Hollywood. I remember an article in which she talks about how all her friends are from her childhood in Atlanta (post-Cosby Show). I've also heard that she does not get along with the other Cheetah Girls. I found a link that may solidify my guess:

Raven sounds good cause hasn't she done music in addition to acting? Which would put her in the same running as Brit and LL. (I just question why two singers/actors were mentioned as comparisons when there are plenty of women who are just actors that are crazy.)
