Crazy Days and Nights
So you heard about the baby Daddy problem of Nicole Richie. Well her situation is definitely not unique, it just is not usually advertised so blatantly. Well not too long ago, okay, within the last year or so, a B list television actress from a network show gave birth to a child. The couple was all smiles around the baby and everyone was thrilled including the tabloids. Lots of pictures of the whole family. No one did much checking into the history of the relationship and certainly didn't investigate the fact that the "father" has a medical problem that precludes him from having kids. So, who is the Daddy? How about a happily married A list actor from the same network, but different show. They had done some publicity for the network, spent some alone time together, and then uh oh. Enter the new "father." The biological dad and mom had a fling but don't get along and so the kid is going to grow up thinking mom and new "father" are his/her parents.

I really don't want to believe it's Mariska because her family always seemed so normal/down to earth to me......but the clues do fit. Mariska did a lot of exclusive spreads in OK!, People and Us Weekly.

How about Marcia Cross or Amanda Peet ? I know Amanda had several pictures of her whole family published as well. Amanda, Marcia and Mariska's husbands don't have any other children from previous marriages or relationships- so this down based on conception issues is going to be difficult.

Maybe Leah Remini? Or Amanda Peet is a great guess. Leah Remini is a Scientologist, too.

I'm not sure who it is, but I really don't think it's Mariska. I saw a picture of her kid and it looks exactly like her husband.

J/K, I don't think Katie and Treat Williams have been on the same network , have they?

^Oh yes they were! WB had Dawson's and that Summerland or whatever show Treat was on.

If it is Mariska, whom I hope it isn't because she seems sweet from all I have heard about her, I would guess Alec Baldwin for the A list actor.

According to the BI it was a single child, so Marcia would be eliminated.

This is a good one! I also thought of Jennifer Garner, Keri Russell, Jaime Pressly, and Melissa Joan Hart. Too bad Victor Garber was on the same show as JG! I think little Violet looks a bit like Victor, who happened to be the only guest at Jen and Ben's wedding!

At first I thought of Amanda Peet & Matthew Perry, but same show. Kerry Russell isn't on a network show right now and Marcia had twins. Who else had a baby within the last year?
