Crazy Days and Nights
#1 What looks challenged record producer with the very hot lady has been seen driving around town in his new bazillion dollar convertible holding hands and kissing another man?
#2 This Academy Award nominated actor used to be A list in films even though he got his start on television. Now he's just struggling to stay clean and not doing a good job of it. He is on a very strict allowance and not given any cash. When he was invited to a party last week at a house, our former star was caught looking through a pile of women's purses looking for money. Our actor wasn't even embarrassed to be caught and didn't even bother apologizing. The host slipped him a couple of hundred dollars and told him to leave and not come back. The guests didn't lose any money, BUT, one of them lost a little bag of powdered candy. The woman in question was heard saying "That little (not referring to our actor's size) f**k stole my coke."

1. Tommy Mattola comes to mind.
2. The only actor I can think of that used to be A list in films, but started in tv is Tom Hanks.

#2's a good one! So it's a large-sized actor who started in TV but ended up A-list in films and was nominated for an Academy Award (but didn't win since it's says "nominated" not "winner"), and who's not A-list anymore ("former star").
I'm looking through the list of Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor nominees from 1990-2006 now....

Hmmm, this is harder than I thought it would be. Most of the actors who got their start in TV and became A-list film stars that were nominated for or won an Oscar are still pretty much A-list stars (e.g. Johnny Depp, Leonardo DiCaprio, Denzel Washington, George Clooney, Will Smith, Tom Hanks, John Travolta, Robin Williams, etc.) or are at least working enough that I don't think they'd be considered "former stars" (e.g. Greg Kinnear, Morgan Freeman, Thomas Haden Church).
The only one that I think may fit is Woody Harrelson. He's still working a lot and has a ton of stuff upcoming but I'd say he's nowhere near the big A-list star he seemed like he was going to be back in the early-mid 90s during the Natural Born Killers/Larry Flint/White Men Can't Jump years. Oh, except he's only 5'10" so that doesn't fit with the "...little (not referring to our actor's size)..." hint.
AHA - I just went back farther to the 1980-1990 Oscar nominations. My next guess is Dan Aykroyd. He was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for "Driving Miss Daisy" in 1989, started out on SNL, is tall (6'1"), and isn't doing much these days.

How about Danny DeVito? He has been displaying bad behavior lately, i.e. The View, and a supposed blind or article about him throwing up in Miami this past weekend? You haven't seen his better half around at all lately, makes you want to go hmmmmm.....

For one, I thought of Storch and Russell Simmons and his new woman.
For two, Robin Williams.

#2 sounds like Haley Joel Osment to me. "Little" could refer to the fact that he's young.

I thought that number one was Jay-Z (because I think he's as ugly as hell!) but isn't he on holiday with that thing he dates?

^I thought the same thing, Jay Z because he certainly is a record producer as well as a rapper.
#2 has to be a former star. Wouldn't that mean he wasn't acting anymore?

There are so many beauty challenged men in music, pick one.
By stay clean, I took it meant someone who had a public battle with addiction. Williams was in rehab a few years ago and it was in a tabloid that he was not allowed to carry cash or cards because he could not be trusted to not buy his stuff.

1. Scott Storch is by far the ugliest but I've never seen him w/a hot woman. My next thought was Russell Simmons too.
2. Robin W. is a good guess
