Wonder why a celebrity who always said they would never do a commercial suddenly turns up in one? How about because this A+ lister lost $2M in one night. Of course, his pain was eased by the companionship of several different women during the night. You do get something for that $50,000 initiation fee.

well Russell Crowe once said that he wouldn't do them, and critisized celebrities who go to Japan to do commercials

i heard that some celeb was planning to do a commercial in the US and there was a fuss because they mostly do them overseas as stated above...cant think of who though

Clooney has been doing adverts for years in the UK for Martini so i doubt he has a problem with them.

Clooney does commercials, also he refuses to play poker. So its not him. My guess is Ben Affleck since he is known to have a gambling problem, I think I remember hearing that he had lost a few million the night before he went to rehab years ago.

^^yes, Clooney does commercials but very rarely do celebs do commercials in the United States and for beer of all things
