I could see it being Kelly & Mark! Even though their youngest is now 3 or 4, she's now back in the news w/ the Clay fiasco, and Mark does appear to be the perfect husband who's supportive of Kelly's career. I've been also thinking about these, but they're probably wrong:
Seal & Heidi Klum: just had baby #3 & he's known to be a perfect dad and hubby, but most articles note the newborn as their second together. Anyway, Seal seems to worship the ground Heidi walks on!
Matt & Annette Lauer: there's been talk of marital woes, but there hasn't been much word on Matt being a great husband like Mark C. and Seal. And the BI mentions the pregnancy in the past tense. #3 should be due around now, but there's no birth announcements. I'm assuming she's still preggers.
Don Johnson & Kelley Phleger: their 3rd child together was born in April, 2006. But like Matt L., not known as a perfect husband.

Actually, there was just a story out within the last few weeks, that Don Johnson was having an affair with a 19 year old porn star. She was telling people about it. But, is his wife a celebrity? I've never even heard of her. Who is she?

Ooooo...Matt Lauer is a good one too. Though, I am think its not him, only because of the way its phrased; 'while' she was pregnant...like in past tense. His wife is still pregnant w/3rd kid.
Don Johnson is another good one, but again, celebrity wife wouldn't work.
