Ryan doesn't seem the type to do something like this. I seriously doubt he would take a chance like this; especially so soon after a separation from Reese.
He seems to really cherish his children so I doubt he would jeopardize anything surrounding them to be a pig in a public bathroom. In fact, although rumour is that he cheated on his wife, I doubt he would do anything further to embarrass her.
I'd put my money on Kevin for all the reasons I listed Ryan wouldn't do these things. He doesn't care about anyone but himself.
