This black actress and her famous black husband appear like the perfect couple with a picture perfect family. They publicly display their affection and they are constantly professing their love for each other. It’s all a lie. In reality: He is a notorious womanizer, always on the make. He’s also a functional problem drinker. After a few drinks, he becomes loud, obnoxious and belligerent as he scans the room for women. He also tries to feel women up under the table when he’s drunk. When his wife isn’t in attendance , he’s been known to proposition women for sex; if they refuse, he pulls out a wad of cash. The women become offended because they’re not hookers or groupies but professional industry women. When friends try to talk to him about his embarrassing behavior, he refuses to admit he has an alcohol problem. His wife has heard the ‘other women’ rumors but she refuses to believe them and she doesn’t want to become another divorce statistic.

Yeah, Will & Jada's who I immediately thought of. Others I can think of, no one would call them perfect couples (Whitney & Bobby, for example)

Will and Jada. Which sucks b/c I always thought they were so cute. They admit to having an open relationship though, which is odd.

Black actress and FAMOUS husband--doesn't say actor or singer (though obviously it can mean either).

So, I am going to go w/Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete. He's famous for being a NFL Quarterback...so maybe???

Halle Berry and that jerk off she was married to sure fit the bill, but that's long over.....

I almost think it has to be Will and Jada, but it would be hard to believe.

My first instinct was Vanessa Williams and Rick Fox, but they've already gone their separate ways.

Hello everyone, i'm new and just wanted to chime in. This definitely sounds like Holly Robinson. She and hubby were on the cover of Ebony magazine not too long ago w/ their 4 kids and they are always in public being affectionate; being an ex-NFL player he is probably used to womanizing.

I'd go with Holly Robinson. Will & Jada (allegedly) have an open relationship, so she wouldn't be upset by it. Unless, the article is implying it's the alcoholism that's the wife's problem?

So I'm gonna go with the other posters who say it's Holly Robinson Peete and her football hubby.
