In a new interview with the Daily Mail, former model turned designer and boutique owner Paige Adams-Geller reveals:

"I kept wondering why I would see an actress one week and she would look normal, and the next she would look gaunt, and I found out it is all down to crystal meth [which suppresses the appetite] the latest must-have accessory here in LA." She also told me [the reporter] the name of the 'celebrity stylist' who is now suddenly so in demand, simply because she also acts as the stars' drug dealer.

And Rachel Zoe, who looks like she is 56 yrs old, is in reality like 30. Anyone caught the wrinkles/lines on her face?? Its horrendous! Totally a meth face!

How can Perez even call this a "Blind Item"?? He gives the answer at the end! (Rachel Zoe of course.--I would've known it was her even if he didn't mention her name.) Now we know how Zoe's clients (Blowhan, Richie, Barton) got so frightfully skinny. And that this (crystal meth) could be the cause of Nicole Richie's gaunt skeletal body.

I agree Lynnie! Rachel Zoe looks like a textbook example of "meth-face"--haggard, wrinkled, looks-older-than-her-age, and has that horrible strange stiff-looking "mask-like" face with skin that looks like it has the texture of a cross between plastic & leather (a common look of many meth users). Blech!

I definitely think so, especially after reading this Blind Item. Nicole looks EXTREMELY OLD in pictures i've seen of her lately.--She's 25 and looks like a frail little old elderly woman. I saw a picture of her in a bikini--even the skin on her stomach was wrinkly & saggy...And her face lately: YIKES.

She is frightful looking. Two biggest classic signs of crystal meth use: PREMATURE AGEING and WEIGHT LOSS.

I don't know about elsewhere, but in California meth use among professional women (whom you wouldn't suspect of being tweakers) is quite common, IME.

But meth is super addictive, isn't it? And looking at those pictures, sometimes these people get sores on their faces after only a few months of use, so how can Nicole, Lindsay, etc. function if they are meth users and still look so (comparatively) good?

It's not just a drug you can use and have control of, is it?

^^yes it is. it just depends on the user. i know some tweakers that you'd never know they'er tweakers if you didn't see them snort it. that's another thing...i think there's a big difference between the meth smokers & the meth snorters. the smokers go down hill really quick!
