Sounds like Courtney Love.
And it was probaly a joke anyway!

Is this recent? I think Francis Bean is 13 at the least but more like 14 or 15.

There's nothing in the item to suggest a time frame; it doesn't say
"recently" or "a few years ago." So this item could be very stale...
it might even be something Cher said to Chastity (!) ages ago.
