Pretty Boy Sex Addict
This ‘pretty boy’ black actor is a sex addict. He’s insatiable and thinks about sex all day, every day. He lives for sex; so much so, he’s contracted herpes and has sex during his “outbreak” phases. His excuse, ‘he can’t control his sex drive.’ He has sent numerous women to the clinic. To avoid lawsuits, he pays the women off not to go public because it would ruin his image.

my first thought is ll cool j, because he's admitted to being addicted to maturbating (and what's up w/ all that lip licking he's always doing???) in the past...but would he necessarily be considered an actor first? hmm..probably not, but just my guess.

it could be Ginuewine but I dont think of him as an actor... Michael ealy was referred to as pretty ricky in Barbershop so he was the first to come to mind or Dourdan.
