This diva had a little too much to drink at a recent Halloween party. She was fine until someone brought up the name of another female artist. Our diva began mocking her rival. When someone made the mistake of coming to the rival’s defense, our diva went ballistic, and started screaming at them: “That bitch destroyed my career! Don’t you ever, EVER mention her name in front of me again!” The defender backed off, and everyone else gave the diva a wide berth for the rest of the evening. I'll second Christina talking about Lady Gaga. One of my friends who's a Christina fan said other fans were always comparing them, and that Gaga fans accused Christina of trying to jump on the fun dance music band wagon with her last album, in an effort to compete with Gaga. Whether the rivalry is real or just fans bitching, I can definitely imagine Christina looking at Gaga and her sudden success as a competitor might -- with envy. Especially since the last Xtina last album didn't do as well as expected.

Lemann. Is she talking about Carrie Underwood? I remember when Carrie won the ACM's Entertainer of the year award in 2009 Faith Hill was shown to be stunned and mouthing something. Lemann backed her up and said FH's reaction was what they were all thinking/feeling.
