Chain smoking actor
A mole spent some time in South Africa with an A-List 'Oirish' actor back in 2004 when he was shooting a film there. The actor asked the mole to get him some 'gam' but all he could get was meth amphetamine.
Back at the mole's house, they hammered their way through a bottle of Jack Daniels, a bag of weed and all the goon-grit.
Several hours after all the drugs had been taken, the mole went into the living room to find the chain-smoking actor - trousers round ankles - frantically masturbating to an 'adult video'.
The mole ordered him to leave. The actor immediately burst into tears and begged the mole to stay with him on the sofa. The mole kicked him out
guess who??

Not that this one was too difficult, but I looked it up to verify. Colin Farrell was shooting Ask the Dust in South Africa in April, 2004.

Joaquin Phoenix. He's a chain smoker and wasn't Hotel Rwanda filmed in South Africa? He's an A-list actor, now. He admits to alcohol abuse but he looks like he was/is doing drugs.
