Sounds like Fergie to me. Can't think of any other popular females in a pop band. Maybe Beyonce but Destiny's Child is a) over and b) not really pop.

Hmmm...the price is in British pounds, so it might be a Brit,
or it might be from an appearance in Britain.
And a "band member," not a solo act --
