I think it's Hayden, also. Wladimir Klitschko (her current athlete boyfriend) more than qualifies for the "big love" comments. I don't think the playboy-ex reference is to Milo Ventimiglia, though. It is more likely that it's Steve Jones -- another ex -- who is often cited as a "playboy" or "Welsh womanizer."
