Which mouthy British pop star thought it would be alright to join the mile high club with the married singer sitting next to her on a flight from Tokyo to London? She even pondered giving the guy a repeat performance after they landed but was advised, quite rightly, by her friends that he is a notorious twat. Not fair!
Lily Allen (obnoxious and known for it) and Simon LeBon of Duran Duran (Notorious was one of their songs)

a few people on other uk sites think it could be Liam Gallagher as it was reported they were on a flight together recently.

It's Liam Gallagher and Lilly Allen. He is the epitome of a notorious twat.
It shouldn't even be a blind as them getting blitzed together on a flight between London and Tokyo, and disappearing off to the toilets (separately at the same time) was written about in a few newspapers.
I guess the blind part is that they joined the mile high club together rather than just got high together.
