I love Baby Grace for the summer, it's such a clean smell.

I recently got a bottle of L.I.L.Y by Stella Mc Cartney, I got a sample of it through the post and fell in love with the smell! Smells like summer.

    I use:

Tom Ford Black Orchid - my favourite one along with L.I.L.Y!
Chanel Chance (I use this only on special occasions!)
Marc Jacobs Eau So Fresh (Got it as a gift)
    Marc Jacobs Daisy
    Calvin Klein Forbidden Euphoria
    CK One Shock For Her

I'm bit of a perfume junkie and like to have a variety of perfumes to choose from! The only two celebrity perfumes I am guilty of buying in the past are Live by Jennifer Lopez and Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker. Got my sister a bottle of Chloe perfume on her previous birthday, after discovering it in Boots and it smells fantastic!

Gucci by Gucci and For Her by Narciso Rodriguez. The Rodriguez is my absolute favourite They do smell very similar, but I guess that's the scent I go for.

I also have a guilty pleasure - Lynx Africa. Don't ask me why I like it, I just do. Plus I own the DKNY For Men apple cologne and I've had so many compliments when I wear that!

EDIT: Realised I've pretty much said all this earlier in the thread but hey - at least I'm consistent!

I got my sample of Tresor's Midnight Rose yesterday and have already gotten a couple of compliments on it.

Do you like it on yourself?

So many of you have raved about Midnight Rose that I also ordered a sample. Can't wait to get it & try it out!

Yes, I like it. I'll be ordering a full size bottle soon. It lasts a good while and isn't cloying/overpowering. Light & fresh and slightly floral.

Hallelujah. I'm relieved that you aren't nursing a migrane and cursing my existence.

Post what you think when you get yours, DeChayz!

OK, I'm torn. It smells really overly sweet on me. BUT, I had sprayed it on myself in the car one day a couple weeks ago, and my car still smells heavenly!

Got a free 20ml bottle of CK One Shock for Her (thank you, easily-wooed salesman). Love it!! I've been dousing myself in it daily. It's a little different from what I usually go for but I just love it.

Any suggestions? I like green scents eg DKNY, Metal by Paco Rabanne and more recently XS by Paco Rebanne (but I can't wear it for reasons I don't want to discuss). I also wear Valentino by Valentino (melon/lily/etc) but its now discontinued as is Metal

Have any of you any suggestions regarding new scent?

I have acid skin so stuff doesn't always last long on me, or smells very different (Opium is one of these, smells light & flowery. Go figure!).
    I sometimes wear Gurlaine Vetivert...
I'm really not keen on florals.

    Metal
Metal was launched in 1979. This is a joyful and bright fragrance for young women who adore metal accessories. The fragrance of Metal is another sweet, girly accessory. Galbanum and bergamot are in the top notes. Ylang-ylang and peach are in the heart, and the base is made of white iris and rosewood. The nose behind this fragrance is Robert Gonnon. http://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/P...Metal-525.htmlMAIN ACCORDS

Well, I was 'retired' this year (8 years too soon, that is the trend here in the USA) and my better half continues to work, so my favorite scent is a little spray or dab of Mr.Clean behind the ears, just so I smell that I have been "busy" all day.

Nov, try O de Lancome. It's along the lines of Metal. Alliage by Estee Lauder too, and it's not a common scent so you won't smell yourself coming and going. Not exactly like Metal, but in that family

Oh I love O but it goes musty on me dry (acid) skin

I'll try Alliage but I have to admit I'm not keen on most EL perfumes... Thanks WCG!

So... I treated myself to Escale a Portofino by Dior
Cruise Collection - Escale a Portofino by Dior is a Citrus Aromatic fragrance for women. Cruise Collection - Escale a Portofino was launched in 2008. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy. Top notes are bergamot and petit grain; middle notes are almond, orange blossom and juniper berries; base notes are cedar, cypress, galbanum, caraway and musk.
Its lovely if a little expensive and doesn't last very long
