During the winter, my skin gets terribly flaky. I will thinly spread vaseline on m face before bed, and it works wonders. My face feels like a baby's bottom.

^ It doesn't make you break out? I have always heard not to put it on your face because it clogs the pores and traps dirt, which of course, leads to breakouts?

Apparently a good tip is to put it on your eyelashes either just to create a 'natural' look instead of using 'clear' mascara or before you apply mascara as it nourishes your lashes.

hmmm never heard that one. I would like to try it out but what if I get it in my eyes and can't see? That would be my luck.

I use vaseline for a bunch of different stuff, I'll have to give the eyelashes trick a shot sometime.

I used to use baby oil on my hair to make it less frizzy. It worked pretty well in small amounts, and smelt lovely.
Never heard this! It sounds delightful and I have thick naturally curly hair so I want to try this. Would you use a dime sized dollop or less?

I would think that as well. I know people who slather their hands in it and then sleep in those dish gloves and love it!

I've used Vaseline on my face when it has gotten severely dry, & on my nose when it's gotten raw from blowing it a lot. It's never broken me out.

I don't use it all the time, only in the winter and a couple of times a week. I'm not prone to breakouts, tho, I've always been dry and not greasy.

I only use Vaseline for my feet. Slather it on, put on some thick wool socks, and your feet are super smooth in the morning.

I would give that a try but I can't stand having my feet covered at night.

I have the SAME exact hair. Buy some Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Leave in Conditioner. I think you will love it.

i use vaseline on my hands and feet and occasionally on eyelashes (i heard it conditions them).
i wouldn't put it on my face because i have normal to oily skin, and it's also incredibly sensitive and intolerant.

Me too. It really helps when you nose is red and raw from a cold. I also have used it on my feet before, put a thin layer on them, put socks on and wear them over night. It works wonders!

    No breakouts for me either.
