I read a lot of product reviews and they say this one is the best. You have to use gloves, but they all say it's a warm color, no orange at all. $24 US Dollars

I used Clarins for years but this year I tried L'Oreal's Sublime Bronze and I'm hooked. It gives me a very natural tan with no streaking, and it's quite inexpensive. Jergens didn't work half as well on me as this.

L'Oreal? Okay, I'll give it a go. I don't mind being extremely pale, I never sit in the sun or I wear 60 spf but I wanted to try it this summer.

Yes, it really works. I put some on this morning since my vacation tan was already starting to fade. *sob*

I'm pale too and I like a light gold tan so I use Vichy for pale skin mixed with my moisturiser - I guess most self-tanners for pale skin should work if you dilute them

I guess I'm a klutz with self-tanners. I've had too many mishaps with them so this summer I have decided just to be my pale self.

Hawaiian Tropic Island Glow is a good one, it has a nice green tea scent and gives a nice bronze color, its not pricey either....Jergen's worked ok at first but the smell is vile and after using it for a while, it turned me orange.

I usually use Jergen's, but when you shave (or shower) it always runs and looks totally tacky. I've given up though, if someone doesn't like my albino white skin then they can look the other way. *laughs*

I am going to join the pale and interesting club too. I have tried self tanners and have had a variety of accidents, from orange toes to a lovely brown handprint on my upper arm.

I am going to a wedding in August though and I really want a bit of colour so I think I will have to shell out for a salon fake tan.

I like Vaseline Healthy Body Glow lotion. It's a moisturizer that contains a bit of self-tanner. I use it every other day and I never look orange. Looks like Amazon is selling 3 for under $20, but you could easily pick it up at any local drug store/pharmacy.
