^ and legs. The front of my lower shins have sun damage. I'm thinking about getting something done. I noticed when I went on a cruise a lot of the older people had horrid sun damage on their shins (well all over but the legs, really bad). My legs aren't bad but I don't like it. I wear a sunscreen now. This is just from walking in and out of work with capri's and socks.

I went to the Dr. for my legs. It's not sun damage. Getting my veins injected, and wearing support knee socks. Also got a bleaching cream. Getting old sucks! It sure looked like sun damage.

Getting old does suck and it's expensive! Please let me know how the vein work goes--I need that too!
    Things fall apart. It's scientific.

Ok thordis, will do. I use to go for injections for spider veins but quit a few years ago. It made a huge difference. She's telling me it's the feeder (deeper) veins that are causing the problem. I don't have many spider veins anymore. So today wearing the hose my legs aren't swelling up. My insurance pays for the treatments, up to 10 a year and also for the bleaching cream. I just hope I can stand to wear the hose this summer or even in the winter in a hot factory.

I had some discoloration on my face from sun damage and pregnancy hormones. I've been using that Garnier anti-sun damage stuff for a while and it has made a big difference. Started noticing results pretty quick. Good stuff!

You could probably try some on your chest. I always rub some on there as a precaution. Also on the tops of my hands and forearms.
