    I use Jojoba oil in my hair and on my face and it's spectacular. It's lighter than olive oil, so works better on my fine hair. I've used olive oil in the past and felt it was too 'heavy' - I'm also not a fan of the smell.

    No, you just pour a couple capfulls of E.V.O.O. in your bath water, get all slippery then bathe as you would normally do. It moisturizes the skin, another good one the mineral oil(thick) found by the laxatives/enemas

    I've always heard it's good for your skin; I don't think you're suppose to bathe in it though. That seems extreme to me. I think you just rub it in like a lotion on parts of your body.
