I read this thread before I bought a new straightener and got the Chi along with the Chi spray protector. The best I've used.

OK, I've got before and after photos... one problem. I am an idiot and have no clue how to post photos from my computer. Are there directions on this sight that explain this? I've tried copying/pasting... no luck. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks..

Upload your pics to a host lke photobucket so they have their own URL.
Then come in here to type a message, select the little yellow box with the mountain in it and enter the URL there.

GOOD GRIEF WHY ARE THEY PHOTOS HUGE??????????? SO SORRY!!!!! Please help me reduece the horrifying sight!

Anyways, this is a before and after (MUCH APOLOGIES ABOUT THE SIZE) of me. (Using the flat-iron, although the photo does not truly show how frizzy my hair is pre-flat-ironing...) The iron is fast and easy (any perv's dream!). I was going to post a back view but I think I'll do it in a seperate post. Again, sorry about the size... let's see if my next post is better. Cheers.

I have always liked the CHI flat irons. I think they are the best for me; I have frizzy hair too. It was about $100-150. It's worth it.

Thanks, Picara. I like my hair much better when it is straight, but I am too lazy to do it before work. My nick-name at work is "bun-head".

Greensplotch, I love your hair. You're so very pretty.

I kinda like it best with the kinks in it though. Do you never wear it like that?

Thanks for the compliment. (Did I spell that correctly?) I honestly wear my hair in a bun or ponytail more than anything... out of pure laziness. Isn't that awful? I do, however, wear it wavy sometimes. I use spray gel and "scrunch" it so it doens't look like pure frizz. Does that make sense?

Does anyone know anything about those straightening procedures that some salons offer? I remember reading something on-line about them a while ago. (Of course I don't remember where I read it or much of anything it said!)

    Have a great day, all!

Mine is by Hair Art tourmaline T3 or something like that, Ive had it for a while I love it, I had the Chi before that and I didnt like it as much.
I used to flat iron my hair every other day after washing it, but it does do alot of damage in the long run, I accumulated alot of split ends, so now I use it once every two weeks or so.
