    I would be embarrased to admit to surgery. I have a hard time around judgmental people. And thats exactly how ppl react when they know u've got PS.

    She'd probably already gotten used to her new lips and barely noticed your shock, if u mentioned it she'd probably be like "OH THAT"

    i wouldnt lie about having surgery, but some people feel very private about it and like its "nobodys business"

    This is how I feel, too. I don't think there's any reason to deny it or pretend like you just underwent some sort of magical transformation overnight. It makes you look foolish and it's insulting to those who can obviously see that you've had something done.

    Ditto. PS is so common these days that if I see someone with unfeasibly pert tits or a face with too few wrinkles for their age I assume they've had some work done anyway. Duck lips are a problem though because my first reaction is to laugh. You can just about get away with an average boob job - but if you get a bad lip job you're just a laughing stock.
