^^My oath I am Mira. If they refund me, I will go next week. If not, then I will stretch it out (with hats etc lol) until Christmas. At least then it probably won't be as bad and they will be able to colour it without adding colour on top of colour. (kwim?)

Another 3 hours to go and I will be at this other salon. Not looking forward to it.

ps. I like Kerastase also. The Masquintese (sp?) used to work wonders also.

Great colour, Mira. I've always loved that kind of red hair colour because it looks so natural. I so wish I had thick, wavy hair instead of baby fine, thin, perfectly straight and very oily hair. Ugh.

I have a fantastic colourist and even though I am not as crazy about his cuts, I keep going back to him because no one else does such great colour. He spends about 90 minutes pulling my hair through a cap for the best blonde highlights ever. And he's very, very reasonable to boot since he works out of his home.

Aww PB, I bet your hair is lovely!! The way you describe it is actually how I always wanted mine to be. People pay big bucks trying to get their hair nice and straight like that.

Well, my hair is baby fine but I have a fair amount of it - though it has thinned as I have gotten older. I love the first couple days after fresh color when it feels thicker

Thick hair is nice, but it means always having messy looking hair. Well, it does for me anyway.

Quick update - I went back to Salon and they pretty much were rude to me. They left me standing at the counter for 10 minutes until I eventually sat down. Then she came out and said *What's the problem?*
I requested a refund and she went out the back to the Manager who said no and basically she was relaying messages back and forth because he didn't want to face me or something.

In the end I had no choice but to let her try and fix it. She put on a toner, then I had a deep conditioning treatment and blowdry. She then gave me a free product to take home.

I was happier with the colour after the toner but I did learn a valuable lesson that day. Never change colourists if you are happy with them!

Oh yeah just to be a smartie, I asked for a copy of their refund policy and they kept stalling me and never gave me one.
