Geez, I don't get the draw for trolls ... very weird.
As a brown folk, I wash my hair once a week. I don't put a relaxer aka perm in my hair. My hair is thin, so I don't use chemical straightners.
I change my shampoo every bottle because I like to try new stuff. Now I use Head & Shoulders shampoo, and Paul Mitchell Detangler. Olive oil, (sometimes raw shea butter too) and a flat iron is what I use to tame my hair.

I shampoo everyday... and here lately I've been noticing a lot of split ends... it's starting to piss me off!

Yes. If I have a day where I don't do anything at all or break a sweat I might could go two days now that I'm older and a smidge less oily.
Otherwise, I look like I've poured a cup of grease on my head.
