Cystic acne. Suggestions?

I've never had acne, I only get one huge pimple every once and a while, but I had a teacher who took Accutane. He said he had horrible acne as a teenager and his early 20s and that it cleared his acne up, and I would never had guessed he had skin problems.

I was the type that never had acne, but within the last year developed cystic acne. I was given Dermaglow Glycolic 10% Gentle Peeling Solution and the Smoothing Moisturizer by a Dermaglow rep when I showed her my skin (she knew I was someone with normally near-perfect skin).

I gave them a shot and it made a HUGE difference. The outbreak I had at the time cleared up fairly quickly. Now, I may get one or two at the most near my period. I used to get them all along my jawline.

Ok, as bizarre as it sounds, raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, with the mother. Braggs is the best. Use it topically.
I used to get huge, painful tumor-like cysts on and under my jaw. I started using the acv, and noticed a difference in 24 hours. You can even drink it (I think there's a thread in here about an acv diet).
I swear by it.

I don't mean to join the 'necro a super old thread' bandwagon, but I seeing as I'm still dealing with acne, I thought I'd keep the posts together.
The ACV that I posted about about has been an absolute saving grace!! I don't even notice the smell anymore (my kiddos do, and make a big fuss over the smell of my face....heathens). I no longer have any red swollen lumps on my face, neck or jawline! I can't explain how excited that makes me....I'm positively beaming just writing about it :-)
However, I have several small hard white bumps below my jawline. They aren't whiteheads. I've tried squeezing them and nothing happens. **TMI**Sometimes a very tiny amount of white stuff comes out (not a pus or liquid, more of a peanut butter consistency).
Does anyone know what these may be and how to get rid of them? I've had several exfoliating facials (mostly targeting acne, before I noticed theses white bumps). Does anyone supposed that could help?
I'm definitely being picky here. I'm over the moon about my vanishing acne. I washed my face yesterday and only put on a tinted moisturizer before going out...the first time in eons I've ever had the courage to go out without foundation and concealer. I told my daughter I wasn't wearing make up and she was blown away because my skin looked great!

those are comedones and what comes out is sebum. a facialist or a doc will extract them. it's a common thing.

Thanks! Is there any topical way to remove them? I'm kind of uncomfortable with the idea of having people pop, pinch, or poke holes in my face.
