Grrr... None of them have my coloring, EVER. Flourescently pale redhead skin with brown eyes doesn't seem too rare.

I love blue eyeshadow and always wear it when I wear blue clothing. I have brown eyes and think how you put it on is important.

Thanks for the link MKlady. I put it in my favorites to experiment with. I have some Avon smokey blue brush on liquid stuff I love. It's my wild eye look. I just bought some light blue and light gray sparklie Khol's brand half price, I'm a sucker for sales. I've never really looked at my eye color until recently someone said I had blue eyes. I just always figured they were hazel, guess they have mostly blue in them though.

I wear blue eyeshadow, but it's a very discrete turquoise shade.

I was under training this week, and there was a woman in her 40s in my class who had blue eyes, and the whole week she wore this extremely bright blue eyeshadow and even brighter blue liner under her eyes. It was scary to look at.

I've used blue shadow on special occasions, but I don't put a lot of it. Just a sheer wash. I get compliments all the time.

When I was younger one of my friends went through an 'experimental' stage and used to use bright blue eyeshadow all over her lids with fake lashes - not just for going out - oh no, this was everyday. The lads used to say it looked like she had used a snooker chalk, it was the exact same shade! Thats the first image that pops into my head when I think of blue eyeshadow.

I think blue eyeshadow looks better with brown eyes. It makes them stand out...... i have dark brown eyes and often wear MAC Aquadisiac, which is a bright turquoise, just lining my eyes and I get a lot of compliments. I wouldn't put it all over the lid though.

I recently bought some Estee Lauder shadow that looked a pretty bright turquoise-bad idea. Pure Color my ass. The pigment content was so low, I kept layering it on and getting a feeble blueish wash. Sheer is an understatement. Needless to say, I won't be buying any more Estee Lauder for a while. At least not eyeshadow.
