My dermatologist suggested dealing with my menopausal/teenage breakout pizza face with Japanese skin care products which are apparently differently formulated to other brands. Yeah right. Anyway, Shiseido were doing a promo in my local dept store so I got the basic cleanse/tone/moisturise combo and after a few days I am noticing an improvement so we shall see. Anyway, I also got the Shiseido BB cream and I'm very impressed. It's light and goes on very easily, more like a lotion than a cream or foundation with a nice natural finish.

Everybody tries to look beautiful. All most peoples use much method for beauty. For skin care is must when we go to market apply sunscreen on our face. Over-exposure to the sun can cause wrinkles and aging sign. Eating appropriate amounts of a healthy diet chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables with a good amount of crab will keep you healthy and young. Try to avoid greasy and fried food. I went market with my friend and bought some creams because my family will go next month a marriage hall.

if my cream contains a good amount of crab in it, is it still necessary to eat it or would that be too much?

I thought the crab had to be in the vegetables?

I'm allergic to sea food - what can I use instead of crab? Will vegetables cut into the shape of small crabs do?
