Default Your 'absolutely swear-by' beauty products

Thought this might be a nice way to share what each of us 'swear by' in terms of beauty products. I'll start!

Skin care (face): Absolutely swear by H2O Plus products, particularly their Waterwhite Cleansing Mousse and Waterwhite Daily Moisuturizer with SPF30.

Facial products: Revlon Microderm Kit. Used to use one by Beauty Control (still have the spinning brush from them), but the Revlon works just as nice and is far more affordable.

Body lotion: Again, H2O Plus Sea Salt Hydrating Body Butter. This is a MUST have in the winter.

Hair Care: Redken Real Control Shampoo and Color Extend conditioner. I switched to Redken products four years ago. My hair was so damaged from coloring and bad product- I used over the counter shampoo/conditioner. Since then, my hair is absolutely beautiful and shiny. It took a while to get there, but it was worth it!

Summer Soap: With all the sweat mixing with lotions, etc. I use Dial AntiBacterial liquid soap on Lavender. It really helps keep the PH in balance so fragrances dont' sour on my skin.

i'm very low maintenance but i do have a few things i swear by.

Bath and Body anti-bacterial lotion. best lotions i've ever used.

noxema skin cream. that with cold water at night. i've used it since high school, and i'm a 'bit' older now, and still have wonderful skin.

i also take cold showers. always.

eau thermale avène skin care products. i use their moisturiser (hydrance optimale légère), sunscreen, face wash, etc... i have really sensitive skin and this is the only brand i've found that works perfectly for me. and it's not too expensive. it's more or less half way between clinique and the cheap supermarket/drugstore stuff.

sisley eye liner in dark grey.

clarins lip gloss. nice clear colours and no shimmery crap so it's more like a shiny lip stain than most glosses which i find are too pearlised/shimmery.

cover girl blush in brick rose. i usually hate blush but this doesn't even look like blush, it just gives you a nice, subtle healthy glow.

^^^I forgot about Suave clarifying shampoo. It's sooo cheap, but really good. I'm gonna get some.

Another cheap thing I love - drugstore brand alpha hydroxy face cream. Feels like dipping your face in battery acid, but it's great if you don't have sensitive skin, can stand the burn & your skin color needs evening out because your face exfoliates at varying rates.

    I also swear by Proactiv.

Skin care (face): Shiseido benefiance eye cream, Clinique Moisture In Control, MD Forte Glycare Wash or Purpose Soap. St. Ives apricot scrub, cheap and it works.

Body lotion: Vaseline Intensive Care lotion - the original in the yellow bottle. it works great, it's cheap, and i always get compliments on how soft my skin is. I also use a scrub on my body once a week with exfoliating gloves.

Hair Care: Philip Kingsley Shampoo, Goldwell Kerasilk conditioner, Philip Kingsley Elasticizer deep treatment. John Sahag, Redken styling products. Elnett hairspray.

Body Soap: Dr Bronners castile oil soap in peppermint. I really cannot live without this stuff.
