Default Guys that shave their body hair (a personal observation)

Not another shaving thread! Actually, last time I asked if women preferred guys with hair on their bodies. Unofficial tally seemed to me that women liked guys with some hair on their bodies, even though there seems to be a trend these days with guys shaving/trimming body hair.

Actually, the reason why I post this is because I trimmed my leg hairs yesterday. I used one of those body groomers and cut most of the long hairs from my legs. As it turned out, some spots weren't touched by the razors, others were cut smooth, and others were cut short, sounds odd but doesn't look that bad, looks naturally less hair than my regular ape weave.

Why I did so had little to do with appearance. I don't even wear shorts in public anymore, it's all long pants even in hot weather. I remember years ago I shaved my legs once, just to see how it felt. And it felt great! I have really hairy legs, long and thick. My legs would constantly sweat and feel gross, and frequently itch like crazy. The worst feeling was this sensation that spiders/insects were crawling over my legs from the way the long hairs on my legs moved. So I was like, let's try it again and it feels good again!

So call me crazy but it feels a thousand times more comfortable and cleaner with less hairy legs. Thanks and sorry for TMI.

    Back to the regular programming.

If you are doing it because it actually makes you actually physically feel better and more confortable, then I think that is different than doing it just for some stupid vanity or to be doing the 'in' thing.

If it feels better just do it! No need to explain to anyone.

I don't see any problem with that at all. A little trimming doesn't hurt! There IS such thing as too much hair.

My husband shaved his legs (it's a cycling thing apparently) I hated the feel of the stubble so I said 'fine, if you want to go hairless use my epilator' , thinking it'd be too painful for him and he'd wuss out.

Now he uses the fecking thing everyday!!

He also does his pits, mainly because it means his deodorant works...

I'm getting used to it, I suppose I'm going to have to!

And Celeb2006, I think my hubboo would agree with you, he likes the feel of it too!

Holy shit, an epilator on his pits? That brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it.

I have no problem with men shaving or trimming. If they like it, why not?

I grew up swimming. We (girls and boys) shaved our legs maybe 4 times a year - unless it was summer and we had a month off. I loved it when I could shave, what a treat! Luckily I've been blessed with very little body hair so for me it wasn't bad.
