Default Would you use Playboy Beauty?

''All women are Bunnies,'' Gloria Steinem wrote after her stint working at New York's Playboy club, ''but it doesn't have to be that way.'' Maybe not, but Playboy Beauty is going strong more than a year after it launched. The makeup line aims to allow "women to embrace their inner Playmate and release the 'centerfold' that’s hidden beneath."
The collection contains lip gloss, eye shadow duos, shimmer powder, and other essentials — none of which have been tested on animals, unless you count Bunnies as animals. (Har har.) So now that the line has been out for a while, would you use Playboy products, or does it skeeve you out?

    Would You Use Playboy Beauty?
    • Sure! It's kitschy and flirty.
    • Nope. It's tacky and exploitative.

Well, kudos for them not testing on animals, but who can really vouch for the quality?

I wouldn't touch it on a bet. I'd be embarrassed as a woman.

    Playboy makeup???? Tackorama!!!

Oddly enough I was given a lipgloss for Christmas and although the packaging is tacky the lipgloss itself is gorgeous, really smooth and long-lasting and the colour is perfect for me, it's a kind of somewhere in between pink and red and it really suits me. And it smells like strawberry milkshake, as I found out when I passed it around my colleagues at work to play guess that smell! So yes, I would indeed use Playboy cosmetics again, because I was surpised by the quality and colour. Perhaps I got lucky or perhaps these bunnies know a thing or two about beauty!

Egads no! Anything with a Playboy logo I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

If they don't test on animals and they're pthalate free and the product is good...sure I'll wear it. *Shrug* No one ever sees me put on my makeup anyway, and I use Bill Bye and Mac when I'm doing other peoples'

LOL - I kinda like the key chair (but I admit I would not want to be caught walking around with anything playboy on it).

I'd never in a million years own anything with a Playboy bunny on it. It's tacky and trashy.
