    Default Body glitter

I've noticed (thanks to high resolution photos) that all the women wear this to events. I think it looks gorgeous... anyone use body glitter or shimmer for the body and have one they can recommend?

Yes, it looks great in the evening in small amounts. I was given the gold shimmer I use by a make-up artist so I don't know the brand, but it has a reflective tint and looks so nice. I think they sell body make-up/glitter in most make-up stores.

Sorry I am posting so much by the way! I have some sort of problem and can't seem to log off today. Maybe because it's 90 degrees outside.

I haven't tried body glitter but I use Quench lotion I think it's by oil of olay, it's shimmery, looks nice but it smells funny.

I have one from Victoria's Secret. It's called Give Me Shimmers or something like that. It has a big pink puffy thing. It's a very light shimmer. The little glitter pieces are very small so it doesn't look weird or anything, and it's scented. It smells really good.

I wore this back in the early 90's it was a glitter gel from Fredericks of Hollywood........ It was cool for a young girl but anyone over the age of 19? Trashy in my opinion.

I went to a school evening event when i was about 14 covered in actual glitter, glitter but unless you were looking really closely it wasn't so obvious so i was surprised when my headmaster said i looked like a disco ball. And looking back i think, God, what a perve he was.

I forgot which brand I used to have but I remember that I covered myself with the stuff one morning thinking it was my hydrating cream and left in a rush for my ...job interview. Cue me half an hour later discovering the glitter effect in the mirror of the company elevator, going up and down a few times trying to wipe off the sparklies

It sticks EVERYWHERE. Glitter's like hair, you cant rid of it. There's always a trace of it somewhere.

If you've ever gotten glitter in your eye, it's like damned shrapnel.

i use MAC loose powder in "Silver Dusk" it looks amazing

Jergens makes a cream called shimmer something...cant think of the same, and it gives you a gold glow/shimmer all over your body. It is also an amazing product and it is a great moisturizer too. I wear it everytime i go out!

PS- these are both shimmers NOT glitter. Glitter is tacky.

I like Laura Mercier's body glitter. It's pricey, but I've had mine 4 years and it's still half full. It's subtle but has a great glimmer/glow. Hers is the kind that you brush on.

It sticks to your clothes. Hate that.
