Your normal routine sounds enough. It's only school, you dont want to over do it. As far as im concerned the more natural the more beautiful. I keep it simple at work as well, I only feel the need to go all out when im about to hit a club

You might try some tinted foundation, powder, concealer, blush, lip gloss, and a little eyeshadow and mascara. I really like tinted foundation, because it saves time and gives me good coverage.

I agree with tinted moisturizer. Easy and saves time.

Yeah, a good creamy tinted moisturizer maybe a cream blush and mascara will look most natural and let your skin come through too.

=) Thanks for the tips. I really like the tinted moisturiser one! But have you all tried green concealer? does it really conceal redness?

I have never tried green concealer. I smear MAC concealer all over the redness, then set it with MAC blot powder. I put the tinted moisturizer on first, then concealer then the powder. My skin tone is then all even. The nice folks at the MAC counter changed my life, lol.
I hate to sound like a commercial, but I really like their products. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to the other department store brands like Estee Lauder and Lancome.
Let us know how things turn out.

The green stuff does work. I like it, but if expense is an issue you could wait of that. Does work, though.

How old are you?? In my day we weren't allowed to wear any makeup at school apart from zit cream, concealer and perhaps a bit of powder to take off the shine. The 'wild girls' wore mascara and a tiny smear of lip gloss but if a teacher spotted it they had to scrub it off there and then. And this was an all girl school. Maybe that's the point.

I sometimes use Physician's Formula Powder Palette Multi-Colored Face Powder Corrector in Green. It's a pressed powder of different green shades and I just brush it on.
I do like it and it does cut any redness I have, but be forewarned:
If you don't have redness in your skin, do NOT use it because it will make your skin look green. It only works if there is redness there to counteract.

I use to come from a convent school and i wasnt really concerned cuz there were no boys. I'm 18 and just started college. I first smear MAC Studio fix concealer all over my face, then apply biotherm foundation. Very lil foundation cuz concealer more or less covers up everything and to prevent caking. i do my brows, apply eyeliner and mascara, then blush and i'm all set to go. I'll get the green concealer the next time i walk pass a MAC counter. =) Thanks guys! And does cucumber pads for puffy eyes in the morning works?
