    Hey,
Does anyone know the correct motions and ways to stroke when you wash or put products on your face without strectching the skin and muscles?

Always treat your undereye area gently. Never rub or pull at it. Use small, circular, upward strokes from neck to temples. You can also do exercises for your jaw, mouth and neck. My mother swears by them.

I think I'm getting it, you mostly stroke your face upward except when your touching your eye area then you lightly stroke inward and then just pat your face dry. Thank you for your info XOXO and Pacific breeze!

No. No-one said that. You may get irritated skin though.

I have heard for years to only touch the area underneath your eyes with your ring finger or pinkie. That's what I have done and I have no crow's feet or bags at 52 1/2.
