    Default Coffee grounds for cellulite?

I searched before starting this thread but did not find anything relevant.

I am hearing about people using coffee grounds as treatment for cellulite. I'm guessing the caffeine stimulates blood flow to the skin, which plumps the skin so that the "craters" are less obvious?

How are people doing this? Warm coffee grounds slapped on a thigh and wrapped with cling plastic wrap? Or putting them on a brush and scrubbing away in the shower?

dry brushing is supposed to help cellulite, so maybe the brushing with the coffee grounds? hmm.

Caffeine removes excess water which is why it's often used as an active ingredient in cosmetics.

I guess that's the theory behind the coffee grounds

Yep, I heard about this about 10 years ago. I don't want the sweaty feel. Probably itchy.

It removes the appearance of cellulite by increasing blood flow and plumping the skin. Same idea as those caffeine under-eye rollers.

I've researched since posting. People put them on a brush, slightly damp, and scrub away. Another way is to put them on and wrap with plastic wrap. The under-eye caffeine rollers sure work - maybe this has promise.

Cutting dairy seemed to help even though my overall calorie intake is actually higher.
