For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
My hair is a little wavy so I use a styling cream for curl definition and just let it fall on its own.
When I have a bed head hair and too lazy to style it, I put it in a pony tail.
I don't like to spend too much time on my hair, I can't handle high maintenance.

My hair is so straight that I don't have many choices...I don't even need to brush it!
I like to have it tied as a high ponytail at times

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
I wore my long hair au naturelle / in a pony tail / bun, depending on the temperature, the circumstances (at work/not at work). I can't wait for it to grow back (um, did I already say that a dozen times? ).
Edit: the fact that I even answered that shows how much I was wrong in cutting it

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
My hair is really long and really thick, I almost always wear it down, I just blow dry it straight as it is wavey naturally. If I feel like looking extra sleek I will straighten it a little but I usually can't be bothered!

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
I straighten it sometimes, but mostly I throw it into a french twist (with the ends out) or a ponytail. If it's a good hair day and not too windy, I'll let it hang loose. It gets tangled very easily, so I have to be careful or I'll look like a maniac.

My hair is as straight as a pin, so I don't need to do anything to it except wash and go. On bad hair days I just put it halfway up or in a ponytail.

I color my hair, so I don't like to subject it to other torture, so I don't blow dry it or anything else. It is fairly straight and about two feet long, and at this point pretty healthy.

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
I answered based on when I had my long hair. I said I tie it up, and that is precisely the reason I cut it all off. It used to go halfway down my back, and was really pretty, but pointless because I'd never do anything with it or style it. So, I cut it all of so I'd be forced to style it every day. I'm just now getting to the point where I can almost tie it up again. If I pin back my bangs in a twist (you know those stupid trendy big puffs in the front of the head? like a flatter version of that) I can almost get the rest up, and it makes me SO happy to know that even though it isn't quite there yet, it will be soon.

Hate the humid days. Just frizzes up so badly. Thinking of getting most of it cut off. Just so heavy even with the long layers. Gonna get about 7/8 inches off, just can't find a decent shoulder length cut I like.

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
i've got wavy/curly hair. i used to just let it dry naturally and go but since i started wearing my bangs straight down i'll blow dry and straighten the rest of my hair at the same time. it's funny what a difference it makes in terms of looks because all the men i know (bf included) like it better straight. i like it both ways but wavy/curly is way easier bc it requires zero effort.

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
I have curly, frizzy, wavy hair nearly all one length except for angled around my face. I use a ton of products, mainly citre shine gel and oil, still frizz! I'm ready to chop it. I straighten it rarely and I highlight only every 3-4 mos but I'm wanting to go blonder which means I'll have to highlight more often. I need a makeover!

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
I have long thick fine wavy hair. I wear it either wavy or straight. I prefer to blow it dry because my hair takes over 6 hours to dry naturally and my waves look kind of frizzy. Also the back looks like mermaid hair and the sides are larger waves. I also wear a ponytail, a loose french braid or a messy bun on most days.

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
Ah, Barbara, I know what you mean. I used to have long, long hair past my waist, till I cut it man-short about three years ago. It's just past my shoulders now, and I recently started wearing it in a little curly ponytail, or a half-ponytail, with all those short wispy curls sticking out.

Re: For those with long hair, how do you usually wear your hair?
I straighten slightly wavy, long hair and presently curl the ends and spray the roots at the crown of my head to make a 70's like hairdo, kinda fun.
(Summer= wavy and messy.)
I also get highlights to camouflage the gray creeping in.
Oh, and having "well water" wreaks havoc on my tresses, making them orange-ish, so I have to use a Malibu shampoo and conditioner daily to remove the iron, etc.
