No, it's not always true. But, in most cases, it is. Like I've heard plenty of straight women say that they would sleep with women that look like Persia, Angelina Jolie or Halle Berry.
I mean, an ugly woman could probably sleep with a pack of ugly men and women. But she's not going to make any attractive people, especially women, get all hot and bothered.
