NAOMI Campbell has revealed her beauty secrets and, no, they definitely don't involve the surgeon's knife.

"I just like to take care of my body," says the supermodel. "I don't drink alcohol and I workout for two hours a day."

Speaking exclusively to 3am, the 35-year-old was also keen to refute rumours that she has had a bit of, ahem, cosmetic work done to maintain her stunning looks.

"I don't see myself as gorgeous," she tells us, "and I'm fed up with people saying that I've had plastic surgery and lipo. I don't need it because 'black don't crack'. My grandmother has fantastic genes and only has about one wrinkle.

"In the past, my agencies advised me that I'd never get on the cover of Vogue without having work done but I still managed it."

Phew. The timeless beauty then told us what the New Year has in store.

"Well, I'm not making any resolutions... because you only break them. I'm just looking forward to spoiling my dogs - Luna and Venus in Africa, and Dolce in London. I got them gifts from Harrods this year. They're gorgeous."
