It reminds me of when I worked for Nike for a year. they have a very similar situation, with multiple cafeterias as well as 2 fitness centers. There was also childcare on campus, a barber, a dry cleaners as well as a bar on campus. You also get the added perk of being able to go to the Nike Employee store...1/2 off pretty much all nike products.

However, they are notorious for not paying well, especially when you first start out. I guess all those good benefits are suppose to out weight the fact that you aren't paid well.
