What I've heard is that these goodies are the pay-off for expecting you to be working there 10-15 hours a day and for dealing with the pressure to produce.
I think they're geared toward hiring under 30 for most positions?
Doesn't Google have another compound like this one in NY?
What schools do they tend to hire from? I don't think it's an Ivy League preference, is it?
