He's got a slight underbite (bottom teeth stick out further than top teeth)that makes his jaw/chin look more pronounced. Poor George - he's not ageing very well is he. He's always battled with his weight and I think the dreaded middle aged spread is beginning to catch up with him. He was HOT when he made "Older" (ironic or what?).
