I've known some people that applied to work there. They are very selective in who they hire. They favor graduates of only a few colleges they deem 'proper', and are biased towards 'younger' workers (age discrimination) for most of the choice jobs. Obviously not hard to understand the appeal, it's about as strenuous as a celebrity rehab center.
