LOL. We do NOT have room for that in our bathroom, but now I wish we did! One of those little nooks cut into the wall between the studs and nicely finished would be an awesome spot for a stack of books!
As it is, we have them in pretty much every room, including the kitchen and dining room. We don't have enough wall space in any one room to devote to books (our house is only 15' wide), so we just have smaller bookcases, nooks and artsy piles everywhere, lol. Our TV/entertainment cabinet even has bookshelves built into it, which I love. When we go back up north for the holidays I'm going to raid my parents house for a lot of my dad's and uncle's old stuff too. And I want to take all my childhood books back with me! I miss them!
