They use tranquilizers/sedatives (which would explain Katie's zombie-demeanor and total lack of clear-thinking & decision-making skills). Elron Hubbard (Mr. Drugs-Are-Evil--especially the mind-altering ones!--which is of course exactly what tranquilizers/sedatives are) even died with MASSIVE amounts of a tranquilizer/sedative in his system. $cientology, of course, tried to cover that fact up. And like you said, they force their subjects to ingest MASSIVE amounts of vitamins--in quantities that doctors have said is extremely unhealthy & can really screw a person up. $cientology is all a bunch of lying hypocrites, and it is SCARY stuff.
(YIKES!! Who are the scary-looking men in black suits approaching my front door with weapons in their hands???!!? heehee)

Oh i am SO glad you posted that infamous, RIDICULOUS picture, Laurent! The picture that i've always regarded as the defining one, out of MANY, that proves that Katie Holmes was NOT pregnant until late April 2006. I mean, did they think the world was totally fucking stupid to believe that farce? LOOK AT THAT!!! BWAHAHA!!
And kudos to the poster who pointed out that Katie's comment in the InStyle interview about "I can't believe how fast Suri grows!", was to cover her ass over the "Suri is significantly older than they claim she is" issue. Suri was born in early 2006; i'm sure of it. She is miles ahead of Kingston & Shiloh & Grier (born at the same time Suri was *supposedly born*), in development. I'm also certain that Suri is Josh Hartnett's baby. All i see is Josh Hartnett when i look at Suri. The resemblance, to me, is UNDENIABLE. And Josh Hartnett is who Katie was dating in Spring 2005, just before *meeting* TomThumb & disappearing for awhile, reemerging as Tom's *girlfriend*. She was pregnant when they met, and they both saw a golden opportunity, and put together this farce of a *relationship*.
Anyway, when i figure out how, i'm going to do a post with side-by-side photos of Suri & Josh. I saw a picture of Suri the other day & it blew me away how much she looked exactly like Josh.
